The Vieilles Vignes cuvée from Château Cazal Viel, composed of a blend of the main grape varieties of the appellation, offers an intense and deep garnet color with purple highlights. On the nose, aromas of spices, pepper and cloves surprise a fragrance of fresh red fruits and finely woody notes.
On the palate, the wine is ample, balanced between roundness and freshness. The aromatic persistence is important and the finish reveals a refined structure with woody notes and silky tannins.
