This vintage is made from 93% Syrah supplemented by 7% Viognier. La Chana is a Côte-Rôtie aged for 20 months in barrels of several wines. The resulting wine is fresh and elegant, in an almost infused style, its aromas of raspberry and strawberry mingle with more peppery touches giving it extra character. The silky tannins are perfectly integrated into this model of balance. The material is supple, the depth of the wine is particularly captivating. A complex but accessible wine from its early youth which will appeal to the greatest number of people with its deliciousness and juicy profile. To be enjoyed with a nice piece of barbecued meat.
