The Chapel, based on the hills of Hermitage reigns over the Rhone Valley. In the thirteenth century, back from the Crusades, it welcomes the Knights of Stérimberg. Later she became the flagship of the family, the Hermitage La Chapelle, offering tasters of great feelings.

The name of the Hermitage "La Chapelle" is linked to the little chapel of Saint Kitts overlooking the vineyard terraces overlooking the Rhone. Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné is the sole owner since 1919.
