William Fevere Chablis 2002

On the nose, this wine reveals notes of citrus fruit and other fruit (peaches) and white flowers. On the palate, these wines are fresh and supple with mineral notes.

Domaine William Fèvre is one of the biggest landowners in Chablis with 78 hectares of prestigious vineyards, of which 15.9 hectares are classified as premier cru and 15.2 hectares as grand cru. Vaillons is one of the warmest premier crus in Chablis, where William Fèvre cultivates 3.5 hectares of old vines. The 2002 was a challenging year in much of France, but a huge success in Chablis and this mature Chardonnay is a testament to the quality of the vintage.
